Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods

Regular shipping takes 3-5 days to most metro addresses, except for country Australia, NT and WA (where it can take 7-9 days). Once your order has been posted, you are able to track your product through Australia Post. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience.
